Please note, under Egyptian law, the maximum depth for recreational diving is 30mtrs. All divers must be accompanied by a certified Dive Master. Prior to diving you must provide us with your log book and diving certification and you will be required to complete a PADI medical statement . If you haven't dived for over 6 months, you will need to complete a check dive first.

Guided Dives
Choose from the large variety of great dive sites Dahab has to offer - or dive them all! Most dive sites in Dahab are accessed from shore, so we'll take you, your guide and your equipment to the dive sites and back in a jeep. Some of the most popular sites include Lighthouse, Bells to Blue Hole, Canyon, the Islands...

Camel Dive Safaris
With the wild, rocky landscape surounding Dahab, some dive sites cannot be accessed by jeep. So we'll take you and your equipment to these spectacular sites on a camel, combining desert safari fun with a wonderful day (or two's) diving. Options inclue over-night camping. Your 2 Camel Dive Safari options are Ras Abu Galum and Gabr El Bint.

Boat Dive Safaris
Ras Abu Galum and Gabr el Bint (see Camel Dive Safaris above) can both also be accessed by boat. As well as these two wonderful dive sites located near Dahab, we will also organise Boat Dive Safaris to sites further away, such as the famous Thistlegorm Wreck in the Straits of Tiran (over-night Boat Safari).

Discover Scuba Diving
Discover a whole new world under the ocean surface with our Discover Diving course to give you your first experience of breathing and flying under water. Bubblemaker
For young adventurers the Bubblemaker program is an introduction to the thrill of breathing underwater.
Who it's for: 8-10 year olds with no previous experience of diving.
Duration: Half a day
Description: The PADI Bubblemaker is a gentle introduction to the art of breathing underwater. A qualified instructor will introduce your children to the coral reefs and fish life in the shallow waters of the Red Sea, at a maximum depth of 2 metres
Scuba Diver
If time is an issue and you don't think you have enough time to complete the open water course, then the Scuba Diver course is for you. This course consists of theory based lessons, underwater exercises as well as 3 confined water dives and 2 open water dives - about half that of the open water course. This qualifes you to dive to depth of 12m under the supervision of a Dive Master or Instructor however you only need to do a further 2 confined water dives and open water dives to complete the Open Water course which you can do whenever and wherever suits you.
Open Water
If you liked the Discover Diver course and really enjoy being part of the underwater world and you wish to expand your diving skills then this course is for you. In just 4 days you will become a fully certified PADI Open Water Diver. As your certification is internationally recognised, you will be able to dive to the depth of 18 metres anywhere in the world. The course consists of theory based lessons and practical underwater exercises that will develop the relevant knowledge and skills required for you to become a competent diver, all under the supervision of a PADI Instructor. Dahab is an excellent location to begin your dive training due to its outstanding coral reefs, marine life, great visibility and sea conditions. Don't hesitate! Go for it! It's an experience of a lifetime.
Adventure Diver
Another course for the time challenged with only a day or two to spare. If you do not have the time to complete the Advanced Open Water course you can still train towards your Advanced by completing 3 of the 5 dives required, whereby the 2 last dives can be completed on a later date in any location. However you will still have to complete 3 knowledge reviews in reference to the 3 dives that you do.
Advanced Open Water course
If you are looking for a more in-depth course to improve your diving ability, then this course is for you. The aim of the Advanced Open Water course is to improve your navigation skills underwater and to prepare you for diving at greater depths up to 30m and night diving. This course consists of 5 dives in a minimum of 2 days with more emphasis on hands-on approach by which you learn to control your buoyancy as if it were second nature as well as of simply improving your style and specific techniques.
Emergency First Response
This course is a PADI requirement to be eligible to participate in the Rescue Diver course. The purpose of this course is to prepare you for emergency situations that can be used in daily life and not just in diving situations. You never know when an unfortunate situation could arise and it could be mum, dad, son, daughter, brother, sister who is the unfortunate individual involved in an accident so obtaining these skills could one day prove to be vital.
Emergency First Response courses encompasses:
CPR for adults, children and infants.
First Aid for adults, children and infants.
Automated External Defibrillator (AED) training.
Emergency First Response Instructor and Instructor Trainer courses.
Rescue Diver
Although diving is a great and exciting experience there is always a chance that something could go wrong at any time and this course is to prepare you in case an emergency situation arises in, or out of the water. If you are at the stage where you would like to obtain you Rescue Diver Certificate then you are by now aware of some situations that you may one day find yourself in, e.g. unconscious diver at the bottom, a lost diver, etc. On the completion of this course you will be a much more confident, competent diver. The course runs for three days and involves 10 different scenarios improving a range of different skills with one final scenario where you put all your new skills to work. An exam will follow after thorough study of comprehensive textbook. Be prepared for an intense 3 days but as a reward, you will have the satisfaction of being a reliable and confident diver with a Rescue Diver Certificate to prove it.
Dive Master
The dive master course is for those who are thinking about diving as a career. If you would like a job where every day is an adventure, then join our dive master course. This course is to expand all the skills you have learnt from open water to the level you are at now. During this course, you will master your leadership skills and your overall knowledge of diving and life in the underwater world. On completion of this course you will be a certified PADI dive master and you will have the ability and the requirements to work in the industry anywhere in the world. As dive master you will work by side of PADI instructors, you will have the requirements to supervise diving activities and assist our PADI instructors in courses.
